Sept. 21, 2003 - The inaugural OkraFest

The first OkraFest was a small group but a large menu. Fran Coker was a good sport about being crowned queen, dutifully wearing the crown (designed by Heather McPherson and used in each Fest since) and participating in the cermonial harvest. OkraFest spouses were (from left) Bobby Coker, Mick Lochridge and Spencer Pettit.
